LAUNCH A CAREER THAT MATTERS.
The TITAN Graduate Trainee Program is a 12-month journey for engineering graduates from Polytechnical
Universities who want more than just a job. You'll join one of our plants in Attica, Patras, or Thessaloniki, take

With a dedicated mentor, hands-on training, and a focus on both technical and leadership growth, you'll build
the skills and the confidence to shape a long-term career at TITAN.
