Digital Account Manager

Max Greece is looking for a capable Digital Account Manager with 5-7 years’ experience in digital media.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with a range of clients from diverse industries and managing the day-to-day customer’s digital needs.

Main responsibilities:

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
• Comprehend client’s needs, be proactive and lead the client
• Design, plan & organize the client's digital presence based on account's objectives
• Cooperate with the Performance and AdOps Manager in order to strategically create the ideal digital marketing plan, according to the clients' brief
• Plan and organize digital projects related to Social Media, Google AdWords, programmatic advertising platforms & native content with digital media publishers
• Provide complete advertising solutions in order to optimize marketing plans
• Supervise all stages of campaign, report and evaluate, in order to come up with actionable insights
• Communicate with key media publishers/channels and jointly come up with innovative proposals
• Utilize SoftOne applications for pricing, vendor management and forecasting tasks based on budget, demands and goals

 

The right candidate must have/be:

 

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position in a digital agency
• Good knowledge of digital channels (PPC, Social Media, Programmatic etc.)
• Excellent time & project management skills
• Data-driven, able to translate numbers into insights and recommendations
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
• Attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of MS applications
• Experience in handling performance campaigns would be considered a plus.
