Your ‘day to day’:

• Evaluate sales, distribution, and inventory data to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities, supporting strategic decision-making.
• Conduct hands-on analysis and performance evaluations to support ongoing initiatives, providing clear business recommendations that drive impact.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Finance, Distribution, Commercial Operations) to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable analyses.
• Design sophisticated data products and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decisions across Commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to ensure data solutions meet business needs and maintain analytical accuracy.
• Present insights and findings in a clear, compelling manner to stakeholders, enabling alignment and informed decision-making.
• Contribute to the team's continuous improvement by proposing new approaches and automation opportunities.

Who we’re looking for:
 

• Min. 3 years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis or Data Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools (such as Power BI), Excel and SQL. Good knowledge of Python or R.
• Strong presentation skills in both Greek and English language.
• Familiarity with modern data environments (e.g. cloud-based solutions) is considered a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to connect data insights to business needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• A continuous improvement mindset, demonstrating dedication to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Genuine interest in learning about and applying AI-driven approaches to enhance data products and business insights. Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts is a plus, particularly when used to support advanced decision-making.
