Role

  • Deliver timely and accurate HR administration services on German Market (e.g. employment contracts, contract prolongations, certificates if employment, referral letters preparation etc.).
  • Manage day-to-day HR operational services from employee life cycle support and HR data management on the German market.
  • Provide a professional administrative service to business colleagues across a broad range of HR queries and processes, including supporting with case management, undertaking HR administrative tasks, handling customer queries, monitoring reports and documentation.
  • Responsible for delivering support for incoming HR requests from team members or managers for various HR activities like data changes, etc. through the HR Ticketing system or calls.
  • Identifying customer needs, seeking and providing practical solutions to their queries and delivering excellent customer experience.
  • Monitoring data quality, running regular checks and ensuring that process guidelines are followed and expected data quality metrics are met.
  • Performing data updates, clean-ups, and research/reports on any HR data discrepancies.
  • Correctly processing tasks and activities requested by our customers through a ticket resolution system or by telephone and e-mail.
  • Recommending ways to improve the ways we do things where it would benefit the customer experience.
  • Identifying and supporting continuous improvement opportunities and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in processes and systems.

Requirements

  • German and English skills are a must (B2 level minimum).
  • Strong computer skills across the full range of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel, and Word, (prior experience with HR databases will be a plus).
  • Comfortable working with HR systems and applications.
  • An ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to details.
  • Friendly and approachable manner, able to build and sustain relationships based on trust at all levels.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills - being able to communicate confidently and comfortably.
  • Have a proactive and collaborative approach, working with HR colleagues and stakeholders to ensure timely and professional delivery.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Focus on continuous improvements - the ability to identify, share and escalate.
