Role

• Ensure the delivery of all BAU tasks defined for one or more projects per the agreed PMO standards.
• Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate administrative project support, under the direct supervision of the PMO Manager.
• Ensure and promote effective, highly competent project support according to the Tower EPMD PMO standards and services in all assigned projects of your team.
• Process changes implementation and management.
• Act as the communication link between team members and PMO Manager, breaking down the company’s mission and objectives to the team, ensuring that everybody understands their individual roles and responsibilities.
• Continuous contribution to fulfilling the department goals and improvement of processes and procedures.
• Overseeing the project's development and ensuring that team members carry out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
• Ensure regular knowledge transfers among the team members.
• Support to PMO Manager with ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Relevant working experience in leading teams.
• Project Management Experience.
• Very good knowledge of English language  & MS Office (Excel is essential, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions quickly & great precision and patience.
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
