We are currently searching for Senior Testing Coordinator, in order to expand and strengthen our Risk Advisory team in Thessaloniki. Our Risk Advisory Professionals at Deloitte Alexander Competence Center (DACC) work with Deloitte Projects across North and South Europe, collaborate with top performing international teams and advise organizations on how to effectively mitigate risks and make informed and intelligent risk decisions to maximize opportunities. This includes helping them manage and prevent risks around their business processes, technology and operations, and often extends to the design and implementation of revised control frameworks and technology solutions.

The people who will join us, can work in teams, have a detail-oriented mindset, analytical thinking skills, a drive for quality in technology and they will be able to understand and interpret business requirements - such that quality of the software is ensured via Testing.

YOUR ROLE

• Interacting with clients to understand the technology transformation program and related requirements 
• Prepare testing strategies
• Coordinate the preparation & execution of tests on large scale or complex software solutions 
• Analyzing test results for impacts, failures, and usability 
• Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems. 
• Supervision & Coaching of Junior Testers 
• Review of test plans 
• Preparation of test reports 
• Defect Management and proactive follow-ups 
• Create and distribute Test execution reports
• Communicate testing status towards senior management

OUR REQUIREMENTS 

• A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field 
• 4-5 years of work experience in  Software Testing/Test Management 
• Working knowledge of Test Management tools like HP ALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps, SAP-Solution Manager (or SolMan), or equivalent 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English  
• An eye for detail 
• Team spirit 
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills 
• Good organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset 
• Ability to adapt and work within a fast-paced environment   

NICE TO HAVE 

• Programming experience 
• Experience in managing and coordinating teams 
• Familiarity with solutions like SAP/S4HANA, SALESFORCE or equivalent ones 
• Familiarity with Test Automation Tools/Technologies like Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, Squish, WorSoft, Provar 
• Working knowledge of PowerBI and MS Office Excel
