What will your job look like?
Having access to an extensive big data platform we perform research on systematic trading and find patterns in noisy real-world data sets. We are expanding our team and we are looking for a Senior Quantitative Researcher.
The successful candidate will be part of the Quantitative Research team and be responsible for the research and development of predictive models.
The exceptional candidate once selected, will collaborate with high caliber team and help in the development of machine learning techniques for predicting price movements in the FX, Commodities, Futures and Equities Space.
Your role will be required to have:
- Masters or PhD in a quantitative subject (mathematics, statistics, computer science, physics or engineering).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in quantitative trading.
- Experience with alpha research.
- Knowledge of high level programming languages such as Python/R/Matlab or Julia.
- Experience in Python packages such as numpy and pandas is preferable.
- Experience in designing, implementing and testing quantitative models.
- Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral.
- Professionalism and work ethic, Self-motivation and a Desire to succeed;
