Role:

• Invoice processing (incl. ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements)
• Preparation and execution of payment runs
• Account reconciliation
• Credit card management
• Support in month-end and year-end close activities
• Contribute to automation and optimization initiatives

Requirememts:

• Completed vocational training or degree in accounting and Minimum of 3 years of experience as an accountant
•  Familiarity with German regulations HGB & VAT
• Fluent German (C1-C2)
• English C1 or higher
• Proficiency in accounting software (DATEV / Microsoft F&O)
• Attention to detail with a high accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
