Role

  • responsible for ticket closures.
  • understanding of end to end process for the final reporting.
  • final judgement if a ticket was met or missed.

Requirements

  • Good English skills.
  • Very good process understanding.
  • Very good PC and MS office knowledge.
  • Ability to work structured.
  • Working hours: 2 shifts rotating every week, 9:30 am-6:00 pm and 15:30 pm to 00:00 pm.
