Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional service, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
• Ensuring timely delivery of food and maintaining cleanliness of guest tables through pre-bussing and resetting.
• Collaborating with servers, bartenders, and management to uphold seamless service quality.
• Greeting guests warmly and engaging with them to enhance their dining experience.
• Assisting with maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including stock levels of service items and ensuring safety standards.
• Actively addressing and reporting guest concerns to management to ensure quick resolution.
