Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to boutique guests.
- Assist in achieving boutique sales targets.
- Offer product information and recommendations to guests.
- Support the management of stock and assist with inventory control.
- Help organize product displays according to hotel and brand standards.
- Assist in receiving deliveries and recording items accurately.
- Maintain boutique records and assist with daily reports.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Assist in general boutique upkeep and organization.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; a second language is a plus.
- A passion for fashion and luxury retail.
