Contact Center, a member of the ICAP Outsourcing Solutions Group, and a leader in the field of Customer Service, is seeking candidates for the position of: Customer Retention & Renewal Advisor via Calls for a Telecommunications Provider"

šŸ“Œ Responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers with the aim of renewing and maintaining the partnership

  • Understand customers’ needs and propose the most suitable solution

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy

  • Participate in customer retention and loyalty processes

āœ… Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher education (University/College/Technical Institute)

  • Comfortable with phone communication and a customer-centric approach

  • Very good knowledge of computers

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable

  • Reliability, professionalism, and team spirit

  • Fixed monthly salary above the basic wage, up to €1200 gross

  • Stable employment with a permanent contract (6-hour or 8-hour shifts)
