Περιγραφή Θέσης

Job Description International Account Specialist: 

 Aggressive sales to new customers in certain regions/markets opting to market penetration

 Enriching potential customers database (CRM scope - targeting to monthly newsletters) 

 Maintaining positive/effective relations with present and future customers

 Processing of complex price offers and respective revision for feedback

 Research for the optimal transport mode when the offer entails delivered service

 Timely reporting of work tasks and corresponding results

 Advisory service/education of potential customers new in the field/industry in order to build feeling of trust and dependence

 Maintain close relationships with internal teams in order to better understand business requirements and collaborate with procurement team in the direction of enhancing customer satisfaction levels

 Efficient complaint management and after sales support; providing customers with solid solutions in the direction of resolving the problem properly

 Trace the entire order preparation process collaborating with all the related departments involved in the process (production, warehouse)

 Identify and suggest improvement initiatives to enhance quality of the customer service experience and increase satisfaction levels.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Essential Requirements, Traits & Skills:

 Minimum 3 years of practical experience in international sales

 University degree (Higher education in logistics or sales would be strong advantage)

 Fluency in business Greek and English both in oral and writing.

 Proper knowledge of MS Office and ERP/CRM systems

 Effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills

 Efficient time management

 Knowledge of groupage transportation and custom procedures would be a strong advantage

 Experience with customer satisfaction criteria

 High level of commercial awareness

 Ability to develop and maintain long term relationships

 High ethical standards. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities
