STORE MANAGER – NEXT KIDS Avenue Mall

Location: Avenue Mall, Athens, Greece

Your main responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee the overall daily operations of the store;
• Lead, motivate and train the team to achieve outstanding results;
• Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction;
• Control cash operations, financial flows, and daily reporting;
• Create work schedules and manage staff shifts effectively;
• Coordinate logistics and stock deliveries;
• Analyze sales results and implement actions for improvement;
• Maintain company standards and procedures, including visual merchandising and stock management;
