As the Head of Accounting, you'll be responsible for setting up and managing the company's finance and accounting operations in Greece. Your role will be essential in driving financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, structure, and manage the accounting and finance department
Review and monitor client accounts and company's  finance
Prepare, analyze, and submit financial reports, KPIs, and data-driven insights
Ensure regulatory and tax compliance across all financial activities
Maintain relationships with suppliers and oversee document management
Support senior management in budget planning, cost control, and performance monitoring
Identify and implement process improvements for better financial efficiency
✅ Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
Proven experience in accounting or financial management (preferably in real estate or service-oriented industries)
Deep understanding of Greek tax regulations and compliance
Strong analytical skills and hands-on approach to problem-solving
Proficient with accounting software and spreadsheets
Excellent communication in Greek and English
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Based in Athens
