We are currently recruiting for the position of: Company Driver with the following responsibilities::

• Safely operates company vehicles ensuring the timely and secure transportation of assigned co-passengers to designated destinations.
• Assists co-passengers with entering and exiting vehicles and provides support with luggage or personal belongings when required.
• Maintains vehicles in excellent working conditions, ensuring they are clean, well-presented, and properly parked at all times. Conducts regular inspections of tire pressure, lights, brakes, horns, wipers, and other essential systems.
• Coordinates and schedules preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacturer recommendations to ensure vehicle reliability and safety and arranges for ad-hoc repairs as necessary.
• Performs corporate errands and logistical duties, including delivery and collection of documents, correspondence, and reports.
• Liaises with government ministries, regulatory bodies, and other authorities to submit, collect, and follow up on official documents, applications, and approvals, ensuring all paperwork is properly signed, stamped, and processed.
• Serves as a reliable liaison between the Company and external organizations to facilitate timely and efficient administrative processes.
• Provides transportation support to the Board of Directors on designated days, in close coordination with the Chairman’s Office.
• Supports corporate events and functions by providing transportation and logistical assistance in collaboration with the Head of Cultural Affairs & Hospitality Management.

The Qualifications and the skills required for this position are:

• Lyceum diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a professional driver, preferably within a corporate, executive, or VIP transportation environment.
• Very good communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Valid Category B Driver’s License, with demonstrated superior driving skills and a clean driving record.
• Thorough knowledge of traffic laws, road safety regulations, and strong familiarity with the local geographical area, including government offices and key business districts.
• Hands-on experience in routine vehicle maintenance and inspections, with the ability to identify and respond to basic mechanical issues.
• High level of discretion, tact, and confidentiality, given potential exposure to sensitive or confidential information during assignments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
