Your main purpose
Mission: As a Bell Service Supervisor, you will lead your team with warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail to create smooth and welcoming experiences for our guests.
Daily Operations: You will ensure all groom areas are impeccably maintained and oversee guest transfers and luggage handling with care and professionalism.
Guest Experience: By staying informed of arrivals, departures, and room changes, you’ll guide your team to respond promptly and thoughtfully. You’ll coordinate club car requests and assist guests with luggage and escorting, always delivering personalized and gracious service that reflects our commitment to excellence.
What will you bring?
Preferably at least 3 years of experience as a Bellboy in a hospitality environment.
Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus.
Valid European Driving License B´class.
Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything.
