We are seeking for a dynamic, communicative and customer-service oriented “Documentation Officer” (specialized in freighting, auditing, invoices disputes) to join our Customer Care team, in Piraeus office.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Coordinate internally and/or respond to customer queries related to invoices disputes
• Root cause follow up and proactive work to fix recurrent issues
• Coordinate with ssc/gbs teams, ensure timely resolution of difference in invoicing
• Credit notes issuance & invoicing
• Communication with customers about end to end resolution
• Coordinate with commercial team about disputes resolution
• Follow up idle full shipments
• Coordination with idle full related parties

Requirements & Skills:

• University Degree in Maritime and/or Business Administration or relevant Degree
• Up to 5 years in a relevant role
• Strong verbal/written communication & negotiation
• Excellent Command of Greek & English Language
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Sufficient geography knowledge
• Time management & self-motivation
