Surprice Car Rentals is a global car rental brand. We are currently continue to expand our global franchise network and looking to recruit a talented Franchise Development Associate with passion and enthusiasm to join our team
The successful candidate will be assigned with the following Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Prospects: Research and identify potential partners within our target market segments, utilizing various research and networking channels.
- Build Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at prospective partner companies
- Sales Presentations: Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of each prospective partner.
- Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations with potential partners to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure contract terms are aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners and track progress through the sales cycle.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies, and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions, proven track record of success in sales, preferably in B2B or partnership development roles.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in Greek and English languages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on achieving targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for meetings, conferences and industry events.
