DANAOS TRAVEL GROUP, one of the leading tourism & hospitality groups in Greece, representing market leading tour - operators from all over Europe, such as ALLTOURS, PROMOSEJOUR and AVIATION LINKS, serving more than 250,000 passengers annually, is currently seeking to recruit in Heraklion office an experienced person in the role of “Transfer & Airport Department”.

Job description:

1. TRANSFER

• Data entry of transfer reservations
• Cost control and data entry of excursion expenses in the system
• Organization of transfers (pick-up times, transfer orders, etc.)
• Update of actual transfer changes
• Collaboration with transfer suppliers
• Collaboration with tour – operators representatives
• Collaboration with hotels
• Providing and up-dating pick – up information to the clients and tour – operators
• Resolving operational issues

1. AIRPORT DESK

• Welcome and assist guests at airport desk
• Checking flight status
• Collaborations with transfer suppliers (bus, taxi drivers)
• Collaboration with tour – operators representatives
• Update of actual transfer changes

What we look for:

• Work experience of at least 3 years in the relative department
• Fluency in English and/or French / German (additional language will be evaluated).
• Communication skills and team spirit
• Computer skills
• Organization skills
