•Helps in the preparation of all food menus
•Ensures that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets the quality standards
•Manages and trains kitchen staff,
•Orders supplies to stock inventory appropriately
•Complies with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
•Maintains a positive and professional approach with staff and guests

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

experience in a similar position ideally within a hotel environment or luxury restaurant.
Ability to perform all essential duties during a lengthy, high-volume, and high-pressure service. Superb attention to detail and driven by delivering exception standards. Capacity to work with a sense of urgency. Contribute to the growth and success of the team. Good English Language skills. |
