As a Sales Executive the right candidate will provide the necessary support to the Sales team.

The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities, so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the Company.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide telephone and message support for the department and respond to inquiries in a timely, clear and pleasant manner.
Assist the Sales team with the preparation of contracts (groups, leisure, corporate), proposals and addendums and track the completion status.
Understanding of contract drafting and contracting best practices.
Support the Sales team administratively including preparing reports and doing follow ups.
Ensure information for group block & meeting space specifications is communicated properly to the hotel and ensure that accurate information is collected.
Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships.
Ensure the adequacy and update of sales-related material such as the fact sheet.
Support in the correct update of the agency site.
Liaise with marketing for any sales related projects.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Complete additional projects as assigned.

Requirements
Experience as a Sales Executive or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
Good computer skills (MS Office).
Proficiency in English.
Well-organized and responsible.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A team player with high level of dedication and with warm personality.
Pride and attention to detail.
