Noema is looking for a highly-skilled Waiter/Waitress who will have the responsibility to offer an exceptional experience to Noema’s guests. The successful candidate is responsible for general serving of food and beverages in a timely, efficient and personalized way to ensure quality service and overall guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon entering Noema
• Deliver high-quality of food and beverages to guests
• Organize table settings and maintain tables clean and neat
• Pleasant interaction with guests, grasping their preferences and make suggestions based on Noema’s Menu
• Make recommendations and answer guest’s questions
• Presentation of Noema’s Menu, taking orders and serving
• Deliver checks and receive payments
• Always aspire to up-sell additional products and services
• Thorough inspection of products concerning quality and taking corrective steps when needed to avoid customer dissatisfaction
• Checking identification to ensure guests meet alcohol legal age requirements
• Constantly remain guest focused and promote exceptional guest experience
• Always follow strict hygiene procedures along with Noema’s Policies

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Waiter/Waitress for minimum 2 years in 5* Hotels or High-End Restaurants
• Verified experience concerning cash register and ordering information systems, POS
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of additional language will be considered a plus
• Computer literacy
