Your Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team in Athens as a Cruise Reservations & Back Office Associate. This is a full-time, onsite position based in our offices in the Southern Suburbs of Athens (Voula).
This is a junior role - we're not looking for a seasoned expert, but for someone sharp, eager to learn, and ready to build a real career in the travel industry. In this role, you will handle cruise bookings and customer requests, support back office processes, and help ensure smooth operations from reservation through to documentation. You'll contribute to the exceptional service that defines our brand - all while building deep knowledge of the cruise industry from the inside out. What You'll Do
- Support the management of cruise reservations, modifications, and customer requests with accuracy and care
- Assist with back office processes including booking procedures, documentation, and treasury support
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
- Liaise with cruise lines and suppliers to ensure smooth operations from booking through to final documentation
- Help maintain organised and up-to-date records across reservations systems and internal tools
- Learn and work with industry platforms and tools, with full support from the team
- Assist with updating and maintaining website content as needed, ensuring accuracy across listings and product information
- Contribute to the overall customer experience that defines our brand
What You Bring
- Near-native English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory
- A genuine interest in travel and the cruise industry; prior experience in travel is a big plus
- Strong organisational skills and sharp attention to detail - you catch things others miss
- A quick, proactive mindset - you're comfortable asking questions, figuring things out, and adapting on the fly
- Reliability and a long-term outlook - you're looking to build something, not just fill a role
- Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new systems and tools
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a desire to deliver great service to every customer
