Work For All is seeking Waiters/Waitresses on behalf of a Group of 3* & 4* Hotels in Rhodes.

Located in the Pefki area on the southeastern coast of Rhodes, this collection of six family-friendly 3* and 4* hotels embodies the authentic essence of Philoxenia, the Greek art of heartfelt hospitality. With a focus on offering comfortable accommodation and unforgettable summer escapes, the properties welcome guests from around the world in a warm and inviting environment. The culinary experience highlights the richness of Mediterranean culture, featuring a buffet restaurant serving Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, along with two à la carte tavern-style restaurants offering authentic Greek and Italian flavors. A spa area completes the experience, providing moments of relaxation and wellbeing. Combining tradition, comfort, and a sense of familiarity, this hotel collection offers a welcoming retreat where the spirit of Rhodes comes to life through every detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and escorting them to their table with professionalism and courtesy.
• Resenting the menu and offering personalized recommendations, taking into account allergies, intolerances, and special dietary requirements.
• Managing the guest’s order from order taking through to service.
• Complying with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role within a hotel environment.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Very good knowledge of POS systems and billing software.
• Communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong guest-focused orientation.
