Work For All is seeking Pastry Cooks for a luxury 5* hotel in Kiotari, Rhodes, belonging to a large and rapidly growing Hotel Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, finishing, and decorating desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to the instructions of the Pastry Chef.
- Ensuring excellent taste, quality, and presentation of desserts.
- Managing raw materials and organizing the pastry production station.
- Participating in the development of new pastry recipes and dessert menus.
- Applying innovative pastry techniques to continuously improve the quality and presentation of desserts.
- Supporting the organization of the kitchen and daily restocking of ingredients.
- Following hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role within a 5* hotel environment.
- Degree from a Pastry School or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and passion for high-quality gastronomy.
