Work For All is seeking a Bartender for a luxury 5* hotel in Kiotari, Rhodes, belonging to a large and rapidly growing Hotel Group.

About the Hotel

Located between Gennadi and Kiotari in South Rhodes, this 5* beachfront resort blends modern comfort with the vibrant spirit of the Aegean. Designed as a family-friendly destination, the property features 372 stylish rooms, offering both relaxation and convenience for couples and families alike. The culinary experience is at the heart of the resort, with five restaurants serving Greek, Mediterranean, and international cuisine, complemented by a refined patisserie and two bars, perfect for everything from daytime refreshments to evening cocktails by the sea. A fully equipped spa provides moments of rejuvenation and wellbeing. Combining seaside leisure, diverse gastronomy, and rich experiences, the resort invites guests to discover the endless possibilities of Rhodes in an atmosphere of comfort and understated luxury.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality service to guests at the bar, with attention to their personal preferences.
• Preparation of cocktails and the basic bar menu, in accordance with the hotel quality and presentation standards.
• Ensuring a high-level guest experience through consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
• Monitoring stock and supplies to ensure smooth bar operations.
• Adhering to hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in line with established procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role within a 5* hotel environment.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to hygiene standards.
• Communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong guest-focused orientation.
