Guests can also enjoy two large swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, a spa for relaxation and wellness, and a private beach. Key Responsibilities

• Efficient handling of guest arrivals and departures in accordance with hotel standards.
• Proper management of all cashiering functions, including but not limited to cash and credit card transactions, currency exchange, cashier closing, accurate invoicing and billing, and collection and verification of cash and receipts from departments closing during the shift.
• Handling guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in person.
• Preparing all necessary reports for the Front Office team, management, and other departments.
• Setting and delivering wake-up calls for guests upon request.

Qualifications

• Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role within a 4* or 5* hotel environment.
• Degree in Tourism Studies or a related field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and hotel PMS systems. (preferably OPERA).
• Communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong guest-focused orientation.
