Work For All is seeking a Front Office Agent on behalf of a luxury 5* hotel in Rhodes, operated by a large and established hotel group.
About the Hotel
Located in the relaxed area of Kolympia, between the mountains and the sea, this 5* adults-only retreat captures the essence of modern island living with a laid-back, contemporary style. Surrounded by natural beauty and just a short distance from the beach, it offers a calm escape designed for slow, unhurried days. The property features 119 thoughtfully designed rooms. Dining is a central part of the experience, with two restaurants offering both buffet and à la carte options, showcasing Greek and international flavours in a relaxed, social atmosphere. Two bars provide the perfect setting for refreshing daytime drinks or evening cocktails. A full spa completes the experience, offering a variety of wellness treatments focused on relaxation and rejuvenation. Blending contemporary design, relaxed luxury, and an adults-only philosophy, the hotel creates a serene escape where guests can slow down and enjoy the authentic rhythm of Rhodes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, services, and the features of each room category.
- Managing guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
- Handling guest requests and interactions with a high level of service.
- Overseeing all cashiering functions effectively.
- Management of reservations in the PMS, issuance of invoices and billing.
- Responding to guest calls and emails professionally.
- Resolving issues and collaborating with other hotel departments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within a 5* hotel environment.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and hotel PMS systems.
- Communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong guest-focused orientation.
