Responsibilities:

• Organization and smooth operation of the bar
• Creation and updating of the cocktail menu
• Training and supervision of the bar team
• Ensuring high-quality customer service
• Stock control and ordering management
• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Communication skills and professionalism
• Good command of English (additional languages will be considered an asset)
