Responsibilities:

• Organization and execution of kitchen operations
• Preparation of dishes according to restaurant standards
• Ensuring quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes
• Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations
• Collaboration with and support of the kitchen team

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of Greek and/or Mediterranean cuisine
• Responsibility, speed, and strong team spirit
