SWOT Hospitality, a leading hotel management company specializing in the development and operation of high-end hospitality properties,

is looking for an Assistant F&B Manager to join our team in our new project The Fiction Hotel at Marousi, 

ROLE FUNCTIONS

·       Support the Food & Beverage Director in overseeing and managing all aspects of the Food & Beverage operations.

·       Ensure timely and efficient service across various dining outlets, maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction and experience.

·       Collaborate with the Executive Chef and team on menu development, food quality, and presentation standards.

·       Assist in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management for the F&B department.

·       Provide leadership and training for F&B staff, ensuring high levels of engagement and professionalism.

·       Handle guest feedback and complaints with a solutions-oriented approach to ensure satisfaction.

·       Participate in recruiting, training, and mentoring new team members.

·       Be present in outlets during service hours to support staff and uphold operational standards.

·        Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field

·        Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting

·        Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

·        Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Greek is a plus
