What you’ll do
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items, following recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure consistency in flavor, quality, and appearance of all dishes
- Support the culinary team during busy service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and utensils
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food products
- Collaborate with team members for smooth and efficient service
- Participate in training and development programs
