Work For All is seeking a Bar Manager on behalf of a 5* hotel in Samos, operated by a large and established Hotel Group.

The hotel is located in the area of Pythagorion in Samos and is a luxurious 5-star, adults-only destination, ideal for couples and travelers seeking tranquility and high-quality hospitality. Featuring a total of 128 elegantly designed rooms, it offers a unique accommodation experience that blends contemporary aesthetics with the natural beauty of the island. Nestled within a lush, green landscape with views over the endless blue of the Aegean Sea, the hotel exudes a sense of relaxation and understated luxury, inviting guests to unwind in thoughtfully designed spaces, relax by the pools or the beach, rejuvenate at the spa facilities, and enjoy an authentic holiday experience where time slows down. Culinary options include an à la carte restaurant that highlights Mediterranean flavors with a creative approach, as well as two bars serving refreshing cocktails and beverages throughout the day, completing a refined and high-standard hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading, training, and evaluating the Bar team, aiming at continuous skill development and maintaining high service standards.
- Actively participating in all Bar operations.
- Serving guests attentively, ensuring that each beverage or coffee order is prepared and presented according to the hotel’s quality standards.
- Monitoring and managing bar inventory and supplies, ensuring smooth operation throughout the service.
- Actively contributing to sales strategies to increase hotel revenue.
- Complying with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
- Ensuring smooth and effective collaboration among Bar team members and with other hotel departments, for consistent and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role within a 5* hotel environment.
- Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and coffee.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- High attention to detail and strict adherence to hygiene standards.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively solve problems while maintaining a guest-focused approach.
