KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Leadership
- Oversee all hotel operations and ensure service excellence
- Maintain and exceed Hilton brand standards
- Deliver consistent and high-quality guest experiences
Financial Performance
- Manage budgets, revenue, and cost controls
- Achieve financial targets and profitability goals
- Identify and implement revenue growth strategies
Strategy & Development
- Set short and long-term strategic goals
- Lead capital projects, refurbishments, and improvements
- Drive continuous innovation and operational excellence
People Leadership
- Lead, inspire, and develop the executive team and staff
- Build a strong performance-driven culture

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a full-service hotel environment
- Strong commercial acumen and track record of delivering financial results
- Experience in Greece and/or Cyprus will be considered an asset
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue, particularly in Food & Beverage
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, strategic thinker with the ability to lead operational excellence
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Fluency in English (Greek is a plus)
