KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead with Hilton’s commitment to exceptional hospitality:

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee all hotel operations and ensure service excellence
  • Maintain and exceed Hilton brand standards
  • Deliver consistent and high-quality guest experiences

Financial Performance

  • Manage budgets, revenue, and cost controls
  • Achieve financial targets and profitability goals
  • Identify and implement revenue growth strategies

Strategy & Development

  • Set short and long-term strategic goals
  • Lead capital projects, refurbishments, and improvements
  • Drive continuous innovation and operational excellence

People Leadership

  • Lead, inspire, and develop the executive team and staff
  • Build a strong performance-driven culture
  • Foster engagement and talent development
  • Commit to continuous improvement: Uphold and exceed Hilton service standards, respond to audits proactively, and drive innovation and operational integrity across the business

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a full-service hotel environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and track record of delivering financial results
  • Experience in Greece and/or Cyprus will be considered an asset
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue, particularly in Food & Beverage
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on, strategic thinker with the ability to lead operational excellence
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Fluency in English (Greek is a plus)
