- Present menu items confidently, promoting authentic Greek dishes and specials
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction
- Support team members to ensure effective service and teamwork
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist with stock handling and ensure proper use of restaurant supplies
- Minimise waste and handle resources responsibly
- Support promotions and upselling initiatives
- Follow assigned shifts and duties as per rota
- Ensure service is delivered in line with brand standards and procedures
Eligibile candidates must be willing to relocate to Malta. The opening of the hotel is in June 2026.
