The Groom will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall care of the hotel's equestrian facilities and horses, delivering a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily care of horses including feeding, grooming, and exercising.
• Clean and maintain stables, tack, and equipment to ensure a sanitary and organized environment.
• Assist in the preparation and management of equestrian activities and events.
• Monitor the health and behavior of the horses, reporting any concerns to veterinary professionals or management.
• Ensure all areas comply with safety standards and practices.
• Support the hospitality team in providing an exceptional guest experience related to equestrian facilities.
• Perform general maintenance and light repairs as needed.
