The Role

The Tour Leader / Tour Guide at PRIVEON is not simply a guide or a narrator of information.

It is the person who, through the execution of each tour, translates our philosophy into a living experience.

This role represents the signature of PRIVEON in the field.
It is the individual who comes into direct contact with the visitor and carries the responsibility of transforming a tour into a lifetime memory.

The role requires presence, empathy and sound judgement.
Not routine execution. Not mechanical guiding.

The person in this role:

•Delivers high-level bespoke tours (private, family and small groups)
• Adjusts the experience in real time, according to the person standing in front of them
• “Reads” the visitor pace, interest, fatigue, emotion
• Communicates the authentic side of Mykonos with respect, precision and balance
• Strictly upholds PRIVEON standards in behavior, language, appearance and professional boundaries
• Operates with professional autonomy, without requiring micro-management for the obvious
• Works closely with the back office and the manager to ensure flawless execution of every experience

Are You the One We Are Looking For?

This position is addressed to individuals with meaningful exposure to tourism, hospitality or high-level experiential services.

Essential requirements:

•Very good to excellent command of English (spoken communication is critical)
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort interacting with people from diverse cultures
• Developed empathy and strong observational skills
• Consistency in timekeeping, appearance and speech
• Ability to operate under pressure without losing quality or control
• Love for the experience itself, not merely for the role

Additional qualifications considered an advantage:

•Additional foreign languages (ideally Spanish)
