Work For All is seeking a Sales Associate on behalf of the boutique of a 5* hotel in Halkidiki, part of a large hotel group.
About the Hotel
Located in a prime setting in Halkidiki, this 5-star hotel is a modern adults-only hospitality destination, designed for guests seeking relaxation, comfort, and high-quality services in an elegant and tranquil environment. The property features 105 rooms, combining contemporary aesthetics with functional design and refined hospitality. It offers three restaurants serving Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, as well as two bars, providing a variety of culinary experiences within an all-inclusive concept. Guests can also enjoy two large swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, a spa for relaxation and wellness, and a private beach. The hotel caters exclusively to adult guests, offering a peaceful and sophisticated atmosphere where comfort, high-quality gastronomy, and attentive service create a complete and memorable stay experience.
Role Overview
The role is the ambassador of the resort’s retail identity, delivering a highly personalized, discreet, and refined shopping experience aligned with the hotel’s barefoot luxury philosophy. It combines product knowledge, aesthetic sensitivity, and emotional intelligence to guide guests through the boutique in a natural and effortless way, focusing on curation rather than direct selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcomes guests warmly and creates a relaxed, inviting boutique atmosphere.
- Delivers a personalized shopping experience by understanding guest preferences and needs.
- Presents and recommends products with confidence, storytelling, and refined product knowledge.
- Handles sales transactions discreetly and professionally, ensuring guest privacy and comfort.
- Maintains impeccable boutique presentation, cleanliness, and visual standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Supports product displays, replenishment, and seasonal merchandising in coordination with the Boutique Manager.
- Operates POS systems accurately, including payments, room charges, and receipts, following procedures.
- Collaborates with internal teams (Front Office, Guest Experience, Bell Attendants) and supports stock control and inventory processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle brands, or high-end hospitality preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, confident, and calm demeanor.
- Natural sales instinct with the ability to upsell subtly and authentically.
- High aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a guest-facing, luxury environment.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems; training will be provided.
- Fluent in English; Greek and additional languages are an advantage.
