Work For All is seeking Cooks A & B for luxury 5* hotel units in Kiotari, Rhodes, belonging to a large and rapidly growing hotel group.

The facilities include high-quality restaurants, relaxation areas, swimming pools, spa services, and organized beaches, creating a comprehensive environment for accommodation and leisure. At the same time, several of the properties operate with all-inclusive services, providing guests with a fully integrated hospitality experience. Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and overseeing dishes.
- Following recipes and procedures according to the Group’s standards.
- Ensuring excellent taste, presentation, and correct temperature of all dishes.
- Managing raw materials and organizing the production station.
- Supporting kitchen organization and daily replenishment.
- Complying with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
- Supervising and guiding junior staff when required.
- Collaborating with the team to optimize production processes and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role within a 5* hotel environment.
- Degree from a Culinary School, Tourism or Gastronomy Studies, or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and passion for high-quality gastronomy.
