Work For All is seeking Service A, B on behalf of 5* hotel in Halkidiki, part of a large hotel group.
About the Hotel
Located in a prime setting in Halkidiki, this 5-star hotel is a modern adults-only hospitality destination, designed for guests seeking relaxation, comfort, and high-quality services in an elegant and tranquil environment. The property features 105 rooms, combining contemporary aesthetics with functional design and refined hospitality. It offers three restaurants serving Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, as well as two bars, providing a variety of culinary experiences within an all-inclusive concept. Guests can also enjoy two large swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, a spa for relaxation and wellness, and a private beach. The hotel caters exclusively to adult guests, offering a peaceful and sophisticated atmosphere where comfort, high-quality gastronomy, and attentive service create a complete and memorable stay experience.
Role Overview
Service A & B are responsible for delivering attentive, personalized, and efficient service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience.
- Service A operates with a higher level of autonomy, handling full table service, order-taking, and direct communication with guests.
- Service B supports the service flow, assisting with execution, coordination, and guest needs under the guidance of the Captain and Waiter A.
Key Responsibilities Service A, B
- Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guests’ questions regarding dishes.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or complaints. Escalate more complex matters to the Captain.
- Prepare and reset tables and equipment, and check basic supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized appearance in service areas, bar, and F&B storage areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth guest service.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety regulations, and hotel policies.
Key Responsibilities Service A
- Take orders using the POS system.
- Manage guest bills.
Key Responsibilities Service B
- Support in delivering orders and maintaining tables.
- Follow instructions from the Captain and Service A.
Qualifications
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role within a 4* or 5* hotel environment.
- Degree in Tourism Studies or a related field.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong guest-focused orientation.
