A growing boutique hotel group with a presence in Athens and the Greek islands is seeking an experienced Revenue & Reservations Manager to oversee the commercial performance of three unique properties. The role is based in Athens, with involvement across both city and island operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize profitability and occupancy
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pace)
• Oversee daily reservations operations and ensure optimal conversion
• Manage distribution channels (OTAs, channel manager, booking engine)
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations
• Collaborate closely with operations and sales teams to drive results

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of revenue management and online distribution
• Hands-on experience with PMS, channel managers, and OTA platforms
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Results-driven mindset with attention to detail
