Work For All is seeking a Night Auditor on behalf of 5* hotel in Halkidiki, part of a large hotel group.
About the Hotel
Located in a prime setting in Halkidiki, this 5-star hotel is a modern adults-only hospitality destination, designed for guests seeking relaxation, comfort, and high-quality services in an elegant and tranquil environment. The property features 105 rooms, combining contemporary aesthetics with functional design and refined hospitality. It offers three restaurants serving Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, as well as two bars, providing a variety of culinary experiences within an all-inclusive concept. Guests can also enjoy two large swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, a spa for relaxation and wellness, and a private beach. The hotel caters exclusively to adult guests, offering a peaceful and sophisticated atmosphere where comfort, high-quality gastronomy, and attentive service create a complete and memorable stay experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service & Operations: Management of check-in/check-out procedures and reservations, handling guest inquiries and phone calls, maintaining a professional front desk presence, and coordinating with other departments.
- Financial Duties & Reporting: Monitoring transactions and guest accounts, ensuring cash accuracy, completing End of Day (EOD) procedures, and preparing financial reports.
- Systems, SOPs & Administration: Use of OPERA Cloud and other Front Office systems, logging discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with operational and financial SOPs.
- Team Coordination & Shift Handover: Communicating updates and guest requests, ensuring smooth handover to the next shift, and maintaining a professional front desk environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role within a 4* or 5* hotel environment.
- Degree in Tourism Studies or a related field.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and hotel PMS systems. (preferably OPERA).
- Communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong guest-focused orientation.
