The Role
"The successful candidate will provide essential support to the Chef de Partie in daily production, taking responsibility for the execution of basic preparations and mise en place. This role requires the precise adherence to recipes and instructions, while ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times. Furthermore, the candidate is expected to demonstrate a commitment to the continuous development of their technical skills within the team environment."
- Previous experience in a similar position (depending on the level).
- Good knowledge of basic pastry techniques.
- Team spirit and professional conduct.
- Organization, speed, and consistency in work performance.
- Willingness to grow and learn.
- Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).
Requirements
- Proven experience as Pastry B in a 5* hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
- Excellent knowledge of pastry techniques, desserts, breads, and chocolat.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Creativity, precision, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Team spirit, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Very good command of English; knowledge of Greek will be considered an asset.
