Responsibilities

  • Perform the check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing prompt and effective resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and financial transactions
  • Update reservations with any details that will ensure the smoothest operation of our departments
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs and preferences are met
  • Implement and maintain guest satisfaction programs or initiatives
  • Handle financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
  • Experience in a 4*or 5* boutique hotel environment, with minimum experience 2 years
  • Excellent command of both French & English language, both spoken and written.
