Key Responsibilities

Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.

Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a customer-focused approach.

Answer and direct incoming calls appropriately.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.

Coordinate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance departments.

Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions in Athens.

Uphold a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Required Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front office role, preferably in the hospitality sector.

Degree or studies in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

Proficiency in computer systems and hotel reservation software.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an asset).
