Work For All is seeking Night Auditor on behalf of 3* hotel in Santorini, part of a large hotel group.

The hotel group operates in Santorini and manages four hotel units ranging from 3* to 5*, located in the areas of Fira, Caldera, and Kamari, with a total of 249 rooms and suites. The group offers high-quality hospitality services, combining modern aesthetics with the authentic experience of the island, placing particular emphasis on service quality and the overall guest experience. The group’s properties feature modern facilities and a wide range of amenities, including restaurants, bars, and beach bars, as well as wellness areas with spa, sauna, and swimming pools, offering guests moments of relaxation and rejuvenation. The hotels are designed to accommodate different hospitality needs, as some properties are family-friendly and ideal for families and groups of friends, while others provide a more tranquil adults-only environment, creating a complete accommodation experience for every type of guest.
About the Hotel

With 106 comfortable and functional rooms, the property offers an enjoyable and affordable stay, combining simplicity with authentic Greek hospitality. The hotel features a large outdoor swimming pool, complemented by a pool bar serving refreshing drinks and light snacks, creating the perfect setting for relaxation throughout the day. Additionally, there is a restaurant offering à la carte Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, as well as a rich buffet breakfast, catering to a variety of tastes. Key Responsibilities
- Efficient handling of guest arrivals and departures in accordance with hotel standards
- Proper management of all cashiering functions, including but not limited to cash and credit card transactions, currency exchange, cashier closing, accurate invoicing and billing, and collection and verification of cash and receipts from departments closing during the shift
- Handling guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in person
- Preparing all necessary reports for the Front Office team, management, and other departments
- Setting and delivering wake-up calls for guests upon request
Qualifications
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role within a hotel environment.
- Degree in Tourism Studies or a related field
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and hotel PMS systems.
- Communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong guest-focused orientation.
