Sales Coordinator

About the role

As a Sales Coordinator at Zeus Hotels & Resorts, you will play a key supporting role within our commercial team, ensuring the smooth coordination of sales activities and partner relationships across our hotel portfolio.

Your mission is to assist in building strong connections with clients and partners, support the sales process from initial contact to contract completion, and help maintain the flow of communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will operate at the intersection of organization and communication, managing details, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

 

Life Inside the Hotel Group

Your daily routine combines coordination and collaboration. Some days involve supporting the preparation of proposals, handling partner communication, and organizing sales activities. Other days focus on internal coordination with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.

In this role, you are the backbone of the sales team, ensuring that every opportunity is followed through with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

 

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate daily sales activities and support the Sales team in ongoing projects
  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients and partners
  • Maintain and update client databases, contracts, and sales records
  • Communicate with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients
  • Support the organization of sales trips, meetings, and industry events
  • Monitor and follow up on leads and ongoing business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Revenue, Marketing, Operations) for smooth execution
  • Prepare reports, sales updates, and performance tracking

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Has 1–2 years of experience in hospitality or sales support roles (preferred)
  • Has knowledge and hands-on experience with OTA platforms (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia)
  • Is familiar with Protel PMS
  • Has excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Is proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented
  • Is fluent in English (additional languages will be considered a plus)
  • Is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Has good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
