What you’ll do
• Assist in the preparation and production of desserts, pastries, cakes, and baked goods under the guidance of senior pastry chefs
• Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality in every product
• Support service during busy periods, contributing to plating and finishing desserts
• Prepare ingredients and components for daily pastry production
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry areas, equipment, and workstations
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist in inventory handling, storage, and stock rotation of pastry ingredients
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient and timely service
• Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives
