Astor Hotel, located in the center of Athens, is seeking a Night Receptionist for a permanent, full-time position.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee front desk operations during the night shift

• Handle check-in / check-out procedures and manage late arrivals

• Perform night audit procedures and review daily financial transactions

• Ensure the smooth operation and security of the hotel during nighttime hours

• Monitor reservations and coordinate with other hotel departments

• Handle guest requests professionally and efficiently

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within a hotel

• Proficiency in English (additional languages will be considered a strong asset)

• Proficiency in hotel PMS systems and computer use

• Ability to work independently and make decisions

• Organizational skills, professionalism, and a customer-oriented mindset

• Availability for permanent night shift work
